Lawrence (New York) Public Schools. Evaluated the organization, management, and operations of curriculum and instruction related activities. Berkshire Advisors performed a management review of the central office of the Lawrence Public Schools.  In addition to evaluating the organization, management, and operations of curriculum and instruction related activities the consultants also identifed ways to improve business and support operations.  The business and support functions evaluated included finance, personnel, grounds maintenance, facilities maintenance, food services, security services, and custodial services.
