General Management Studies
Berkshire Advisors works with a broad array of state governmental agencies in areas ranging from mental health to education to child and family services.  Although the issues faced by each agency are different, Berkshire Advisors’ recommendations reflect key management principles and approaches that apply across all agencies.  The goal of each study is to improve an agency’s performance by focusing capacity where it will have the greatest impact and by maximizing the effectiveness with which resources are used.
